- Important Note: Before Purchasing Refer Photo No.4 to understand Panel Size to be connected for particular battery size. Follow Instructions mentioned in this photo and user manual (can be downloaded from link mentioned) PV Reverse and Battery Reverse Polarity Protection with LED indication. Solar available and Battery Charging Indicator
- Two In One – Can be Used To Convert Normal Inverter/UPS System into Solar System or Use it as Charge Controller to Charge Batteries, Convert existing 24V/36V/48V Inverter-Battery System (Ideally used in Photocopy machine shops, Grocery Shops, Showrooms, Offices, Hotels, and Restaurants ) into Solar System
High Efficient 50A PWM type Solar Controller with LCD display. Max Panel Size (Battery System Size): 2000W (24V), 3000W(36V) 4000W (48V) - User can set: Battery Boost Charging Voltage, Float Charging Voltage, Mains Reconnect Voltage, This system can be used – To Reduce Heavy Electricity Bill caused due to Battery Charging through 230V AC Mains Supply, It can be used in areas where battery charging in day-time is not possible due to regular power cuts and need backup in Day Time
- Kit Includes Main Unit. SPSMU-480 is a complete unit used for solar Charging Capability to existing Domestic UPS along with energy-saving mode. If energy-saving mode is ON in that case when the battery is fully charged and surplus solar power is available, the SMU transfers the load from the mains grid to solar energy. If solar energy from PV panels is not sufficient to support the complete load, the balanced energy will be drawn from battery storage. If the battery reaches a preset threshold due to high discharge, the SMU will transfer the load back to the grid. If energy-saving mode is OFF then SMU will not transfer load on solar. It keeps the battery charged as well as Solar and Grid is available. Kindly refer attached specification sheet for electrical details. Recommended Settings for Flooded Lead Acid Batteries: Bulk Voltage: 15.5V, Float Voltage: 13.7V, Energy Saving: ON, Load Reconnect Voltage: 11.8V or 12.0V (actual settings depend on max voltage your battery is achieving through existing inverter).
